The elec-TRON system is equipped with its a Proportional Solenoid Valve in each shock, allowing for precise, controlled adjustments within the damping system. With individual valves, each shock maintains independent damping control, resulting in optimized handling, stability and comfort. The computer monitors g-load, vehicle speed, road condition and driver inputs, and uses this information to make changes every 6 milliseconds. To put it in perspective, it takes around 100-150 milliseconds for the human eye to blink…\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Nitron DCU (Damper Control Unit) controls the elec-TRON valve and allows you to transform your set up from passive damping to a semi active system. The elec-TRON valve is continually adjusting the damping levels every 5 milliseconds, depending on the information it receives from the DCU. The DCU decides what position the valve should be in by assessing data it receives about the car, its attitude and the forces acting on it (braking, cornering and accelerating).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDCU is fitted with an adjustable control knob, with pre-installed damping maps such as Rain, Tour, Sport and Race.
