Returns Policy

All Sales are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Return, exchange or refund. are accepted only on a case-by-case basis for manufacturing defects and all returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. The Products must not show signs of use, install or damage in any way; any identification and security tags or markings must still be attached to the products in its original state; products must be returned in their original packaging intact; products must be returned within 22 days from the day when buyer received the products. If all the required conditions are satisfied, seller will refund buyer for the price of the returned products, minus the return shipping costs, if any, and minus restocking fee of 20%. If buyer decides to use a shipping courier different from that indicated by seller, buyer will be solely responsible for payment of the courier’s shipping fees.

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your returned items arrive at our warehouse. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed. Buyer will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted, in which case, the products will be returned to Buyer. In the event buyer refuses this shipment, seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the same.

REFUND TIME FRAME AND PROCEDURE. Once seller receives the return, buyer will receive notification confirming whether the items have been accepted and any terms or conditions that may be applicable to the return.
